Please read these terms carefully before using our website or booking any of our events, retreats, or services. By accessing this site or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Holistic Chapel is a community spiritual wellness organisation offering events, retreats, meditation sessions, sound healing, and related services. References to 'we', 'us', or 'our' in these terms refer to Holistic Chapel.

You can contact us at [email protected] with any questions about these terms.

2. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate bookings and enquiries. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any part of this site without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, the site is unavailable at any time.

All content on this site — including text, images, and design — is the property of Holistic Chapel and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings for events, retreats, and sessions are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only once you have received written confirmation from us.

Prices are stated at the time of booking and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. For retreats and residential events, a deposit may be required to secure your place.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

If we need to cancel or significantly change an event, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

5. Health & Participation

Our events and sessions are intended for general wellbeing and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you have any health conditions that may be relevant, please inform us before attending.

By attending our events, you confirm that you are in a suitable state of health to participate. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

Holistic Chapel accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our events, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the content of this website and our events — including materials, recordings, and methodologies — belong to Holistic Chapel or our licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in that content.

You may not record, photograph, or share content from our events without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holistic Chapel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or attendance at our events.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of last update shown above. Continued use of our site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
